Applies to orders within Switzerland & Liechtenstein (A-Post/PostPac Priority).
Shipping methods & prices (CH/LI)
We ship exclusively with Swiss Post. Light orders are sent as A-Post letter, larger or bulky items as PostPac Priority parcels. The appropriate shipping option is selected automatically at checkout – depending on item type, weight and volume.

Note: Classification (letter/parcels) is based on item type and packaging requirements. The exact available rates are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are usually packed and handed over to Swiss Post within 1 working day.
Tracking
- Letters (A-Post) are usually without tracking.
- Parcels come with tracking.
Preorders
Preorder items are shipped on the official release date. Combined orders are shipped together once all items are available.

We currently deliver to Switzerland & Liechtenstein.
