3 boosters per person, basic lands and sleeves (if you don’t have any) – plus a drink voucher. You don’t need to bring anything.
🎮 Who is it for?
All skill levels. If it’s your first draft: feel free to arrive 15 minutes early – we’ll quickly explain how it works.
📍 Location: ManaBar Basel
Bar & game space in the heart of Basel. We play on-site in a relaxed atmosphere – with short breaks between rounds.

~15 min- Arrive, say hi, quick setup.
- We randomly split everyone into 4-player or 6-player pods (depending on total attendance).
- Boosters are handed out; basic lands & sleeves are available.
Pick-Two Draft & deckbuilding
~45–55 min- You open a booster, pick 2 cards, pass the rest – until all cards are drafted.
- You do this with 3 boosters total.
- Then you build a 40-card deck (the rest = sideboard). We provide all basic lands.
Play a match
Bo1 · ~20 min- Best-of-One. Pairings are announced each round (Swiss logic: based on points).
- Points: Win 3 · Draw 1 · Loss 0.
- London Mulligan.
Short break
~5–10 min- Time for a drink or snack at the bar.
- The next round will be announced – please be back at your seat on time afterwards.
Prizes & wrap-up
~10–15 min- You keep all the cards from your boosters (including your sideboard).
- Prizes per pod:
- 4-player pod: 1st place gets 1 Collector Booster (winner takes all).
- 6-player pod: 1st place gets 1 Collector Booster, 2nd place gets 3 Play Boosters.
- If points are tied, we’ll play a short tie-breaker game (Bo1) if needed.
💡 Good to know: Minimum attendance: 4 (otherwise refund). Spots are limited (max. 12) – best to secure your ticket in advance.
Cancellation/No-show: A refund is possible if you cancel no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the event start. If you don’t show up (without cancellation) or arrive only after the event has started, there is no entitlement to a refund. If this leaves prize support unused (e.g., boosters), it will be distributed among the attendees – typically in favor of the lower ranks.
